Dear Parents and Neighbors,
Beverly Hills has played a defining role in my life and in the lives of my family. When I first ran for the Board of Education, I promised to bring thoughtful leadership, professional experience, and a parent’s perspective to the decisions shaping our schools.
As a mother of three children who have attended Beverly Hills schools, I understand the hopes, concerns, and expectations families bring to our district. Before joining the Board, I served our schools through parent leadership, school-site involvement, and community advocacy. Those experiences gave me a close understanding of the district—from academics and student support to facilities, safety, and fiscal responsibility.
Professionally, I am a construction and real estate attorney experienced in managing complex transactions, reviewing contracts, solving difficult problems, and protecting long-term interests. That background has helped me approach Board service with careful analysis, accountability, and a focus on results.
Since being elected, I have had the honor of serving as Board Vice President and now Board President. I am proud of the progress we have made together: rising academic achievement, expanded student opportunities, stronger financial stewardship, enhanced safety, responsible technology policies, and the completion of long-awaited campus improvements.
But the work is not finished. I am running for reelection to protect the progress we have made, continue raising academic standards, expand opportunities for every student, and ensure that every decision remains centered on what is best for our children.
Thank you for your trust, your partnership, and your consideration.
